Saatchi Gallery was founded in 1985 with the aim of bringing contemporary art to as wide an audience as possible by providing an innovative platform for emerging artists to show their work. The Gallery has hosted 15 out of the top 20 most visited exhibitions in London, according to The Art Newspaper's survey of international museum attendance, and has over 6 million followers on social media. Saatchi Gallery is now a registered charity managed by an independent board of trustees.
The Event Manager is a key position as part of an operation that generates an important stream of income for the Gallery. Working with the Head of Events, the role will involve the prospecting for clients, securing of contracts and delivery of external events. This includes internal Gallery events such as exhibition launches, private views, membership events and events for our corporate sponsors.

The position is a permanent, full-time role. The nature of this role means that flexibility is required over the specific hours worked. On occasions throughout the year hours may need to be worked in the evening, early morning or at weekends.
