eCommerce Content & Marketing Executive, Science Museum (Science Museum Group)


Do you have experience in an eCommerce role and strong copywriting skills? Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service?

The Science Museum Groups’ commercial operations help fund our museums’ activities and offer visitors an even better experience. You will be supporting the eCommerce Manager at a key moment in the development of its online trading, contributing to a major project to deliver significant changes to the business and drive growth. Alongside this project, a key focus of the role is to ensure all commercial opportunities are maximised and contribute to growth of the business. This includes digital marketing (more specifically, email marketing and social), content management and product administration.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially aware individual with strong web, digital, copywriting, and administration skills, accompanied with excellent attention to detail; the candidate should have some experience within eCommerce and online marketing. The ability to work alone as well as part of a team is essential. You must be well organised and able to work under pressure whilst prioritising your workload and following company procedures at all times. You will have excellent communication skills to be able to deal effectively with customers, stakeholders and represent the museum in a professional manner.
