We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager – who will be key in developing and delivering the BFI’s social media and online communications strategy. Working with multiple departments to drive forward the new email CRM strategy. They will lead the marketing of BFI through its digital channels, analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activity. Continuously reviewing and introducing innovative and creative marketing solutions.
The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive demonstrable experience in a digital marketing role (ideally e-commerce and On Demand), preferably for a complex media or arts organisation. They will have knowledge and experience of all key aspects of digital marketing and social media, ideally with both agency and client side experience as well as excellent understanding of how to use audience segmentation to drive digital and social media engagement.
