CRM Manager, RADA


The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art has a worldwide reputation for training actors, stage managers and technical specialists for careers at the highest level in theatre, television, film and radio. RADA, as a founding affiliate of the Conservatoire for Dance and Drama, is a designated Higher Education Institution.

RADA is looking for a CRM Manager to support RADA’s core aims as a world-leading dramatic arts Academy.

RADA manages a wide range of stakeholder data, including student, booker, course detail, client, fundraising, prospects, events, and venue booking data. The role will align the use of CRM across departments and create and maintain processes that enable reporting on the impact of activity across the Academy.

The role will work with stakeholders across the Academy, and bring expertise and great communication skills to improving, maintaining and championing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and integrated data systems. 

We especially welcome applications from black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds as these groups are under-represented at all levels in the RADA staff.
