A new role, the Creative Associate will work closely with the Artistic Director to generate and develop artistic ideas for ETT’s programme. They will imagine, curate and deliver creative projects and events and will support ETT’s literary work by providing dramaturgical support, liaising with agents and generating new work ideas.
