Communications Manager –DACS; £30,000 - £35,000 pa

You will work as part of small team to support DACS reputational and commercial objectives. We work closely with colleagues across business to deliver communications and marketing plans that support our services. We take an active role in planning and implementing activity to recruit new artist members. You will have leading role in our campaigning activity, planning and delivery of our curated programme of events; act as an ambassador for DACS, attending external events and developing our partner network. It is an exciting time at DACS, as we begin to implement new three-year strategy, so you will be busy. The role will be guided by clear objectives and deliverables, with room to think creatively, work independently and take on exciting responsibilities. You will be creative and collaborative individual, who can see the big picture, with great attention to detail. Written / verbal communication skills will be of high standard. Closely liaise with internal stakeholders to deliver activity that meets their objectives. You will have demonstrable track record of delivering effective communications activity across various channels with a good eye for design.

Core skills: Drafting compelling marketing, invitation and campaigning copy;Event planning and delivery. Developing design briefs for external suppliers; Independent project management skills;Working with junior team members to review, improve content and copy; Planning, delivering social media content; Work with flexibility, effective time management, delivering multiple projects parallelly
