Ludus Dance has an exciting opportunity for a new Chief Executive Officer to join us at a pivotal point in our development.  You will be an outstanding strategic leader with the ability to drive both artistic excellence and a sustainable vision.

We have contributed to a thriving dance ecology across Lancashire and the North West for over 40 years, placing excellence, engagement, learning and health at the heart of our work.  Our inclusive approach is recognised and valued in the dance industry and beyond.  We have a particular focus on children and young people who are hard to reach and living in areas of socio-economic deprivation.  We are now developing a new model of working encompassing greater digital and outdoor delivery, in collaboration with a range of partners.

Reporting to the Board, working closely with the Business Development and Fundraising Manager, and supported by a small core team, the Chief Executive role offers a highly desirable opportunity to lead a dynamic and progressive organisation.

If your ambition is to work within a vibrant arts organisation, situated in the heart of Lancaster’s thriving cultural centre, with easy access to the beauty of Morecambe Bay and the Lake District National Park, as well as the cities of Manchester and Liverpool, then we would like to hear from you.
