As part of the Box Office team at The Postal Museum you will fulfil an important role working in the ticketing and communications hub acting as the first point of contact for all our visitors. As a team, Box Office will be responsible for the input of all bookings, maximising ticket revenue, responding to customer queries and feedback all whilst delivering a first-class service to internal and external stakeholders. A highly organised, methodical and positive work ethic is what we are looking for!
