As an Audience Researcher you will conduct audience research to support the development of interpretation and learning resources for a suite of major new Science Museum Galleries. You will evaluate exhibits and learning resources to make sure that the final products are as successful as possible for the target audience. Using evidence-based findings, you will make recommendations and provide advice for the Medicine Galleries project team and external contractors about target audiences' needs, wants and expectations.
You will have strong interpersonal skills, an interest in how people learn and experience of working with members of the public. As well as an understanding of research methods and analysis, you will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and solve problems.
