Hi, I'm working on an animation project, and I need to film a video playing on a screen, ideally with film/analogue.
The animation uses for its source material frames from a video file, and there's an effect I want to try and achieve by using analogue/film rather than digital - I like what happens when something is turned from digital to film and back to digital.
The work would involve filming a handful of short videos (say, 4 minutes long each) and digitising the files. I understand it's not as straightforward as pointing a camera at a screen, so happy to get into the ins and outs and maybe even find an alternative method. Work would be done remotely.
Pay is £150 for what should be about half a day/day.
