Tate Advocacy and Events team plans activity to build new and grow existing relationships with individuals and organisations who support Tate whether it be through collaborative partnership, financial support or strategic influence.
As part of the Advocacy and Events team you will manage events at and for Tate, including, but not limited to, dinners, receptions, private views and breakfasts. Working closely with the Head of Advocacy and Events and the wider team, you will play a key role in the success of each project and as such strengthen and broaden Tate’s relationships with individuals and organisations.
To be successful in this role you will have a proven experience of relationship management through events and a track record of handling multiple projects at one time. Your impeccable organisational skills and ability to work calmly under pressure to meet deadlines will ensure successful delivery of the projects. You will have experience of working with high level donors or prospects or equivalent (either in an events or fundraising capacity) and will be confident in communication with senior members of staff, donors and VIPs.
