Description

Following a new business win, we are looking for 3 freelance Publicists to form our new Literature team. Successful candidates will be expected to be appreciative of all genres and formats, and demonstrably enjoy reading. 

Senior Publicist (£30 per hour)

  • Provide account direction, strategy, and high level PR and media support to our clients.
  • Line manage Publicists and Junior Publicists
  • Monitor team billable hours to each client budget as specified by CEO, delegating tasks appropriately to maximise team efficiency 
  • Assist CEO with sales and new business development, on occasion.  
  • Liaise with clients both in the UK & internationally.
  • Liaise with Creative Services team as needed to provide specialist services (web design, graphic design etc)

Publicist (£21 per hour)

  • Provide appropriate and efficient PR support to clients, under the guidance of Senior Publicist. 
  • Take ownership of account strategy for smaller scale clients & projects 
  • Assist in line management of Junior Publicist
  • Work effectively with own initiative to increase team efficiency and maximise client budgets. 
  • Liaise with Creative Services team as needed to provide specialist services (web design, graphic design etc)
  • Liaise with clients both in the UK and internationally 
     

Junior Publicist (£12 per hour) 

  • Provide support to Publicist & Senior Publicist regarding client services (social media scheduling, market research, press research, administration etc)
  • Take ownership of tasks as directed.
  • Liaise with clients both in the UK and internationally 
  • Liaise with creative services team

Our Junior role is suited for a recent graduate or early career starter, while our other two roles are suited for PR professionals with appropriate experience.
