This is a unique opportunity to learn on the job and really begin to grow and develop into an arts administration role. You will get to work behind, and in front, of the scenes, amongst a team of arts professionals. You will provide the various teams within the Concerts department with support, and contribute to the marketing of all of the concerts we put on. 

We are looking for a highly motivated, organised, forward thinking person keen to pursue a career in arts administration, artistic project management or arts management. Playing a key role in the Concerts team, whilst gaining valuable experience and contributing to the musical life of St Martin’s. You will gain a real insight to working behind, and in front of the scenes.

Working at St Martin’s

  • Based at: St Martin-in-the-Fields,Trafalgar Square, London
  • Term: One year fixed contract
  • Working pattern: Full time Monday – Friday generally, with occasional weekend work, early starts and late evenings
  • Salary: Circa £22,000, plus Workplace Pension
  • Holiday entitlement: 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

  • Notice period: 1 month
